Interior Design

This project is a high-end private Lake House which I worked on recently. The progress renderings are showing the Entrance, Sitting room, Great room and Bar design.

This project below was my very first interior design proposals for a real client from 2013. I was asked to design a teenager young lady`​s and a young gentleman`s​ bedroom furniture. Since the architecture of the room was a given every furniture had to be custom made to best fit the room and its layout. This image below is a combined version of the 3 design phase (hand sketched, 3d modeled, rendered), the collage blends these together from left to right in order. 
When something is 3D modeled and textured, it`s easier to see the differences by altering the colors, textures, fabrics, etc.

This teenager bedroom design I worked on in collaboration with Jose Negrete. He modeled the tufted ‘Susan bed’ which is manufactured and sold by Simplaform. I designed for the room bookshelf unit, night stands, dressers with accurate dimensions to the given room. I provided shop drawings for manufacturing the

This second bedroom design was proposed for a little boy`s​ bedroom with a Murphy bed, bookshelves, and study desk.
